About BDx

Founded in 2002, Bio-Dynamix is a Connecticut-based health and education firm.  We specialize in biomechanics, precision exercise training, individual and group instruction, and muscle balancing.  We have delivered fitness solutions to individuals, groups, teams and corporations.

BDx provides ongoing education to health and fitness practitioners in the areas of: musculoskeletal stability related to range of motion, biomechanics and exercise mechanics,, and cadaver anatomy.

The name “Bio-Dynamix” represents the prescription (Rx) of forces and motion (dynamics) onto living systems (bio).
